If you cannot adhere to all the terms and conditions, DO NOT BID! Once you bid, you will be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.
Bidding will be US DOLLARS PER HEAD (X times the number of animals in the lot), and the buyer may take from the designated number of head to the entire lot. Please see lot information for specific details. All animals are to be paid for in guaranteed funds before load out. The payment method will be a wire transfer of funds to Middle Earth Farms. Payment in full must be made within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction, no later than the end of business day on Tuesday, April 8, 2025. Successful bidders will be notified at the conclusion of the auction via email with payment instructions and an invoice. The buyer must notify the auction company if the physical receiving address differs from your bidder registration address. This is to ensure that health paperwork is valid.
All animals are to be paid for in guaranteed funds before load out.
Animals must be removed on or before Monday, April 14, 2025. Buyer must provide bank receipt of wire transfer before loadout.
Ownership and complete responsibility of the sold animals transfer to the buyer upon (1) payment by the buyer and (2) loading of animals on the buyer's trailer.

Animals will be available for load out at Middle Earth Farms by making an appointment with Stephanie Williams at 405-343-2876 once payment in full has been received.
All animals must be removed on or before Monday, April 14, 2025. Animals left after that date will incur a $20 per head per day fee until removed.
