***READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING***
If you cannot adhere to all the terms and conditions, DO NOT BID! Once you bid, you will be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.

Bidding will be US DOLLARS PER HEAD (X times the number of animals in the lot).  All animals are to be paid for in guaranteed funds before load-out.

On site buyers will pay in full at the conclusion of the auction.

Online buyers must pay by wire transfer of funds to The Oklahoma Bison Association.  Payment in full must be made no later than the end of business day on Monday, October 28, 2024.

Successful bidders will be emailed after the auction with payment instructions and an invoice. The buyer must notify the auction company if the physical receiving address differs from the bidder registration address to ensure that health paperwork is valid.

Animals will be available for load out at the conclusion of the auction once payment in full has been made or arranged.

Animals must be removed by 6pm CST, Sunday October 27, 2024.

The Oklahoma Bison Association (OBA) acts only as an agent. It will assume NO RESPONSIBILITY in the event of an animal(s) injury, death, or a discrepancy between the buyer and the consignor.  The consignor is responsible for their animal(s), including all injury and loss, until the Auctioneer declares the sale of that animal(s). Thereafter the ownership and complete responsibility of the sold animal(s) will transfer to the buyer when the Auctioneer declares the animal(s) sold during the suction on Saturday, October 26th, and the buyer thereafter bears all risk of injury or loss. Every precaution will be taken to safeguard the welfare of the bison sold. The OBA nor the auction company will assume no responsibility for accidents or losses that may occur.
