Once you bid, you will be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.
Bidding will be US DOLLARS PER HEAD (X times the number of animals in the lot), and the buyer may take from x head to all in the lot (minimum number of animals is listed in each lot or if a lot is all to go, it will be noted). All animals are to be paid for in guaranteed funds before load out. The payment method will be a wire transfer of funds to Beaver Creek Buffalo. Payment in full must be made within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction, no later than the end of business day on Tuesday, October 25, 2022. Successful bidders will be notified after the auction via email with payment instructions and an invoice. The buyer must notify the auction company if the physical receiving address differs from your bidder registration address. This is to ensure that health paperwork is valid. All animals are to be paid for in guaranteed funds before load out.
All animals must be removed by Saturday, October 29, 2022. Animals left beyond this date will incur a $15 per head per day fee until removed. Buyer must provide bank receipt of wire transfer before loadout. Ownership and complete responsibility of the sold animals transfer to the buyer upon (1) payment by the buyer and (2) loading of animals on the buyer's trailer.
